Flight to Melbourne.

Arrival in Melbourne

Arrival in Melbourne. Check-in and first exploration of the city.

Day 3

Melbourne – Art, Culture and Hidden Laneways

Free day in Melbourne. The city offers a perfect combination of cultural history and new age trends: street art laneways, covered markets, specialty coffee and the vibrant riverside.

Day 4

Great Ocean Road – Melbourne → Port Campbell

Car rental pick-up. Melbourne → Port Campbell (300 km). Drive along the Great Ocean Road: breathtaking cliffs, the Twelve Apostles, Loch Ard Gorge and wild koalas at Kennett River.

Day 5

Grampians National Park

Port Campbell → Halls Gap (210 km). Visit the Grampians National Park: sandstone mountain ranges, wildlife and Aboriginal rock art sites. Balconies Lookout, Pinnacle Walk and MacKenzie Falls.

Day 6

Victor Harbour

Halls Gap → Victor Harbour (500 km). Charming coastal town with horse-drawn trams, beautiful beaches and nearby Granite Island for penguin watching.

Day 7

Kangaroo Island – Nighttime Safari

Victor Harbour → Cape Jervis (60 km). Ferry to Kangaroo Island. 2-hour nighttime safari: wallabies, kangaroos, possums, penguins and the outback starry sky.

Day 8

Kangaroo Island – Wildlife and Nature

Free exploration of Kangaroo Island: Flinders Chase National Park, sea lions at Seal Bay, wild koalas and pristine beaches.

Day 9

Adelaide

Return ferry. Cape Jervis → Adelaide (110 km). Car return. Explore the city of festivals: markets, wineries and beaches.

Day 10

Arrival in Cairns

Flight Adelaide → Cairns. Gateway to the Great Barrier Reef and the Daintree Rainforest.

Day 11

Great Barrier Reef

Organised tour to the Outer Reef with snorkelling at two different sites and lunch included on board.

Day 12

Daintree Rainforest

Organised tour to Cape Tribulation: Mossman Gorge, Daintree River crocodile cruise and lunch included.

Day 13

Kuranda – Cable Car and Scenic Railway

Organised tour to Kuranda: ascent by cable car over the rainforest and descent by scenic railway (Kuranda Scenic Railway).

Day 14

Arrival in Uluru

Flight Cairns → Ayers Rock. Car rental pick-up. Sunset at Uluru: trekking around the base and viewpoints.

Day 15

Kata Tjuta and Field of Lights

Magical sunrise at Kata Tjuta. Valley of the Winds trek. Evening at the Field of Lights with dinner in the desert under the stars.

Day 16

Arrival in Sydney

Car return. Flight Ayers Rock → Sydney. First free afternoon to discover the city.

Day 17

Sydney – Free Exploration

Free exploration of Sydney: Bondi Beach, Manly, Paddington markets and the neighbourhoods of Newtown and Surry Hills.

Day 18

Sydney Harbour and Opera House

Mini harbour cruise with lunch on board. Guided tour of the Opera House.

Day 19

Blue Mountains at Sunset

Organised sunset tour of the Blue Mountains: Three Sisters, Echo Point, Leura and a guided bush walk.

Day 20

Last Moments in Sydney

Free day for last-minute shopping, a walk at Bondi or a ferry ride around the harbour.

Departure
