Organised tour of the Lord of the Rings film sets at Matamata (Hobbiton). Continue to Rotorua.
Rotorua
Free exploration of Rotorua: geysers, boiling mud pools and Maori culture. In the evening, traditional dinner in a Maori village with cultural performance.
Lake Taupo
Drive to Lake Taupo, New Zealand's largest lake. Visit the Huka Falls and relax on the lake shore.
Wellington
Drive to Wellington, New Zealand's capital. Visit the Te Papa Museum, Cuba Street and the waterfront.
Abel Tasman National Park
Interislander ferry to the South Island. Transfer to Abel Tasman National Park, famous for its golden beaches and turquoise waters.

Free day to explore the park: kayaking, coastal trekking or simply relaxing on the pristine beaches.
Christchurch
Drive to Christchurch. Visit the rebuilding city centre, Botanic Gardens and New Regent Street.
Dunedin

Organised tour to Milford Sound with fjord cruise. One of the world's most spectacular natural sceneries, with waterfalls dropping into the water and possible dolphin and seal sightings.
Flight to Samoa – Apia
Car return and flight to Apia, Samoa. Check-in at the 4-star resort and first walk along the beach.
Manono Island
Organised tour to Manono Island, a car-free island with no paved roads. Meet local communities, snorkelling and relaxation.
